What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our website we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (optional), project postcode (optional), the service you are interested in, your message, and the page you sent it from, along with the date and time.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored securely in our website's database and sent to our business email inbox using an email delivery service. These providers process the data on our behalf.
