Driveway Installation in Worcester
A smarter first impression for your home.
BUILT AROUND YOUR HOME
Driveways with care and attention.
From a fresh entrance to a complete driveway transformation, we help homeowners create practical, good-looking outdoor spaces built around their property.
A driveway is used every day, so what goes underneath matters as much as the surface you see. A good driveway starts with the right excavation depth, a well-compacted sub-base, solid edging and a plan for rainwater, so the finished surface stays level and free-draining for years.
Popular surfaces include block paving, resin-bound, tarmac and gravel, each with its own look, upkeep and drainage behaviour. We can talk through what suits your home, how you use the space and whether front-garden drainage rules affect your choice, then give you a quote after seeing the site.
If you are still weighing up options, our homeowner guides explain what affects driveway cost, how the main surfaces compare, when planning permission is needed and how long the work takes.
Drainage and edging
Two details decide whether a driveway stays looking good: where the water goes and what holds the edges. The surface is laid to a fall so rain runs away from the house and garage, towards a border, a channel drain or a soakaway, or it soaks through a permeable surface such as permeable block paving, resin-bound or gravel. Our guide to driveway drainage explains each option.
Edging stops the surface spreading and the sub-base washing out. Kerbs or edging blocks are set firmly in concrete along every exposed side, which keeps block paving tight, holds gravel in place and gives resin and tarmac a clean line.

QUESTIONS
Driveways: common questions
How do I get a driveway quote?
Get in touch and tell us about the space. We can visit and give you a quote.
Which areas do you cover for driveways?
We work across Worcester and Worcestershire, and cover, Birmingham, the Midlands and Gloucestershire, up to around 40 miles.
Will my new driveway need drainage?
It depends on the slope and surface. A drive that falls towards a lawn or border, or uses a permeable surface and base, may not need a separate drain. Drives sloping towards the house or garage usually need a channel drain.
